AT essentially only adjusts the key workouts based on your past performance of workouts in those particular areas and nothing else. But at this moment AT doesn't adjust to additional riding, I don't think that kind of training load logic is part of it. I've actually increased those to be 90-2hr endurance rides, but keeping the intensity at and below 70%. I've done base, build, and am finishing CX specialty using adaptive training and I've made a weekly vlog each week It's a lot to watch, but figured I'd document things and see how it goes.Īnyhow, subjectively I really enjoy the experience, I've been super consistent with my workouts and haven't failed much at all (although I did struggle a bit with a 6.6 level vo2 workout today, but I think that says more about me and folding when things get hard than the workout I was served lol). Hey, as our esteemed moderator pointed out, I'm kind of the guy on the topic.
